Frieza went into his Second Form, which is around 1 million or a bit higher than. Cooler is in his Base/Fourth Form, which is around 140 million, over 100 times stronger than the Frieza Zyleth fought on Planet Vegeta. Even with Zyleth's Zenkai, he's still only at 2 million. Zyleth could use Kaioken X50 and he still wouldn't be able to close the gap between him and Cooler.
