Aside from the fact ExE is a nonsensical thing thrown in out of nowhere that doesn’t fit into the DxD series and so is just bad writing, isn’t it simply a different planet in the DxD universe? Dying doesn’t remove attention in DxD. More like makes him more vulnerable.

Pretty sure that’d backfire. Look at what happens to everyone who abuses the power of Sacred Gears or steals them. It’s like everyone in DxD assumes God wouldn’t have ever considered security measures.
