Actually he told his ability to Hiruzen who then told Danzo. I don't remember if he told the other 2 advisors too or not but he told Danzo that's for sure. This kind of ability can't be disclosed to even the closest loved ones because they will always have that doubt whether or not they genuinely love or have been brainwashed to love the other party. Writer is just writing for shits and giggles. And not even trying to write decently just wringing it which he admitted himself. Even after that it would have been readable to just pass the time if it was in readable format. The author claims to write on mobile phone and is too lazy to edit after posting. There are not even full stops(.) let alone comma. It's just non stop words, no uppercases, no paragraphs, no space. Webnovel readers are used to shitty grammar but at least try to do minimal formatting. Waste time at your own peril.
