This is a very good story so far! The worldbuilding and characters are very well done, and the story development is excellent so far. The story itself is also very engaging and interesting. This has a lot of potential, and I can definitely see it going a much further way. The writing, in some places, may be improved upon though—however some minor errors should of course be expected in a one-man project like this. For a one-man project, this is overall honestly amazing. The author, even now, no doubt has lots of talent and time to grow, and I can definitely see his story and writing getting even better along the way.
