Man this novel is making me want to dig out the old sexbox 360 and play some fallout. Having grown up on all the games I still remember the magic of when fallout 3 came out and my friends finally picked up the game. Then new vegas was released after that.... I justified fallout 4 being a good game when you don't compare it to the others in the series but I just didn't want to see the writing on the wall. 76 broke my heart I actually stopped gaming for a couple of years.
