In this time frame, the school wasn't named "Ecole de guerre-Terre" but " École supérieure de guerre" (1876-1993). This school name will change to "Cours supérieur interarmées" (1993-2016) then to "Cours supérieur d'état-major" (2016-2018) then finally "École de guerre - Terre" (since 2018).

Author, sorry but that is a false statement. A standard human body can wistand dozen of milllions of volts without issues. The issue is when the body is linked to a source of electricity (ex: 7.4 Millions volts) and the earth at 0 volts. You die, because of the amps. The picture i send is a public exposition in Paris, where you are bringed to a few hundred thousands volts, without any issues (you are isolated to any earth at 0 volts).
