I was wondering what it was about this book that drew me in, but it came as no surprise when I learned who the author was! I love her style of writing that sucks you in right from the start. They provide an excellent understanding of the characters and events without you feeling like you can't keep up! LOVE!

I nearly choked on my eggs! I am trying to have some faith her in our dear Vincent but I will not hesitate to burn down an entire country if he screws over my Eve!

I was really looking forward to just some good old fashioned jealousy and awkwardness. I was not prepared for this to happen so soon! James is so unpredictable since we haven't read much about him yet. Needless to say, I'm a ball of nerves!!

I can't wait for Eve and Eugene move in! Marceline is going to lose her mind! That girl has no shame. I sure hope Eve doesn't forgive her for what she did. If she has learned anything from being with Vincent, our girl will stand her ground on becoming the new Lady of the house!
