Why do we always have new characters popping up whenever the story is finally moving forward? When I asked the author when she expects to finish the store several months back she told me it was getting close. But now I fear we will never get to the end of it.

Talented author who is capable of building a gripping story. Loads of new characters being introduced after almost 300 chapters when I was expecting for the story to wrap up was frustrating. But author has a great knack for writing very interesting lovable characters into being. So I stuck on. If author is unable to do regular updates due to personal reasons she should at least communicate. After having spent the money for 400 plus chapters I would think we as her readers deserve that. If she has simply lost interest in writing the story then either the author or the Webnovel platform should compensate as I for one feel totally cheated. It has been months since there was regualr updates. I believe barely 5 to 8 chapter updates in the past 2 months. I am stuck at chapter 420 as there is no way I am spending 300 coins just for the privilege of reading the 5 remaining chapters when there is guarantee further updates will be coming regularly

yes, true.. when you would think the story would have been wrapped up by now, it keeps branching out

I love how you write and build your characters and keep us guessing. But this is going on so long that it is becoming super expensive to spend on. Could you give us an idea as to when you expect to finish the story?
