Simply stating that his quirk is adaptation and explaining that his titan form is one would suffice.

Still, its muscle tissue dmg, his titan regeneration should fix it up quickly...

Next skill, size manipulation or shape shifting ? Will allow him to retain the titan benefits while staying regular sized.
