Am I the only one who feels concerned about the way the writer set Tsunade out to have feelings for this guy then completely sidelined her for a good portion of the story only to become a workaholic to try to ignore her feelings for the MC? This just makes me feel sorry for her given that she is basically just working constantly to only end up sad and alone.

I don't know why in earlier chapters this mistake wasn't recurring as often but now it's nearly every chapter that mentions the soul beasts age is wrong. it feels intentional at this point.

Believe it or not I actually went back to reading it a bit later. Turns out that's the only time I see cringe that bad.

I guess for me it's not the problem with people seeing what he writes in the diary it's just the weird obsession with the female MC as soon as he gets some new opportunities. like he went from having an okay life plan to now I want all the women to be in a harem. I don't mind a harem type of story but that first journal entry when he starts talking about the female MC and calling her his wife was so cringe I had to stop reading. it was just too much cringy lines. like any normal person will feel super uncomfortable if that was them being talked about like that.

Is it necessary to have him suppress his desires to this much of a degree when it comes to women. I may not understand, he may have some traumatic experiences but he's also mature enough to be able to handle it and it was clearly stated that he was attracted to her. This guy plans on traveling to different worlds and I'm sure there are going to be women that take interest. It's just weird that it's like he will never reciprocate unless it's someone he can spend his entire existence with which is stupid because how often can you find someone with immortality really. it just looks like our author plans to make this guy look like a beta male with OP powers which is kind of lame to be honest. Even the Chinese dude is getting laid and he deliberately chose not to and that's just very disappointing.

You seem to have forgotten that his promotion does not depend on his master but the old devils that do not have high opinions of devils that have been turned through the artificial pieces. No matter how much he does for his master they will always look down on him as a slave/servant. Even if he does get promoted to high class devil he will still be a servant. That's why a lot of people don't like this setup because it's been done so many times and the title of the story gives people the impression that it will go in a better direction than just watching a naive stupid boy get tricked by girls and sell his soul to the devil. I can understand not knowing better before but we don't need every MC in DxD to be completely unaware of how to deal with people or be wary of people with ulterior motives. It's like why is the guy always stupid or unable to pick up on red flags or better yet have enough self-respect not to be walked all over. It's always the MC that is written to be that kind of character and it's honestly annoying to see him get constantly tricked and manipulated by Rias.

am I the only one that thinks the author is kind of dragging out the inner dialogues when it comes to the reward distribution in the chat room? I get some dialogue when it comes to surprise and stuff but it feels overly exaggerated and takes up whole chapters just to get through the reward distribution. it feels like he's just trying to build up the word count instead of just moving on with the story in my opinion. I like this story so far I hope the author continues writing it, I just wish there was a bit less dialogue in the chat room when it comes to getting through the reward distribution so it doesn't take up whole chapters for a couple people to think about something surprising. I'm sure you can imagine how frustrating it could be if you wait for a chapter to come out only to realize the story isn't going anywhere because the whole chapter was about an inner monologue that took way more time than it needed to. this especially feels frustrating because the chapters don't come out quickly so having to wait so long only to be forced to sit through inner monologues is a bit frustrating. it's been a great story so far and I hope the chapters can be released a bit sooner. 👍

okay I don't mind a pervy story like any other guy but does the MC have to be this dumb? I mean I'm reaching the lock chapters and I'm not sure if I even want to continue reading the story if this is what I have to look forward to with the sheer level of incompetence from this MC. I just don't understand why he has to be so unnecessarily dumb with the women around him I mean he was drug kidnapped and raped and he wakes up and tries to flirt with the lady who did it to him. seriously who just drinks a random liquid some stranger who kidnaps you from your own party tells you to. this is starting to look like one of those stories where we have a guy who has no problem showing strength to other men but turns it to a complete sus boy when it comes to dealing with the opposite sex. I'm not saying I'm expecting the guy to be a dominant asshole but you know having some self respect enough to not be completely walked over by every woman that acts dominant would be preferred over what I'm currently seeing in our MC here because this is just ridiculous. I honestly can't figure out where the author is planning on taking this and I don't think I want to pay for chapters if this is what I have to look forward to.
