So that, They can Learn some more stuff in their First Year then Proceeds to Go at it in their Second Year then slowly train themselves in 3 Years so that once in Fourth Year, They already have a Foundation to Rise up... First Year is too Early but well, Story wise, It is a Good time to also make it more Interesting.
