Yeah, ultra beasts are from a different dimension but that doesn't mean Arceus didn't create them (And he didn't even specifically created all pokemon, just a handful and those were the ones that did. Back to topic, even if he didn't he still indirectly did) that doesn't mean they can't fight against the literal God. Secondly, Eternamax Eternatus, game-wise he's the most broken pokemon with the highest base total stats there is but lore-wise. Sure he's quite powerful even stronger than Rayquaza (even mega) since its body already shreds and bends spacetime apart, but against the literal God? no, Arceus solos. Though I suspect that it might also be from a similar ultra beast universe, considering that Ultra Necrozman and Eternamax Eternatus have something in common. Dragon and Energy. Think about it, both pokemons have a weaker form when they're exhausted of energy but becomes OP asf when they regain their strength and energy they're also dragon types and similarly skeletal. Don't you think they could be related to the original dragon that supposedly represents energy?

Lore-wise, those will get wiped by ultra necrozma. It's basically a being of nigh-infinite energy and u want it to match against a flying green noodle, big green bacteria, ice lizard, though it's debatable against the sinnoh trio. I still have a headcannon that it was part of the sinnoh trio once but got broken off from the original dragon
