To use his abilities fully without repercussions, it'll take a few years, so when he finally gets them back, it'll be perfect timing. However, I wouldn't say he's fully nerfed. He can use his abilities, but the consequences will be heavy.

Since they've been dead for so long, and he didn't have their bodies inside his dimension, he can't do that, unfortunately.

One of my favourite Naruto Fan-fics I've read, it explores the Minato era with other characters who I like plus MC is cool too🔥, overall it's all amazing.
