A demon most likely. As is the cliché in every other novel.
……I was your father’s friend from the sect, wanting to check up on you since you were missing.😵
Relatively rich. Rich compared to your previous life. Compared to this life?
I see what you mean by tangible and intangible.🤔
Son has no qualifications for cultivation, and has relatively precious cultivation techniques. Yes, he will for sure not be bullied. They will look up to him, revere him, and even try to curry favor.
Ummm…… Here’s a question. He awakened his memories of his past life when he was 18. What if—- and I know it’s too far fetched, but what if it was this Dream Butterfly skill, where the previous version of him fumbled somehow, and ended up stuck in the current predicament where the MC does not recall it being a dream? . . …Or rather just did it so often that he damaged his soul beyond repair and was trapped in one of his dreams?
…claim his body & sell his parts?🫤
I don’t think most of you guys understand the situation here. If today, I have a great idea, it’s still difficult to execute it and make big in life. There are n-number of procedures that need to be in place. Even if it’s a small street stall, it’s still needs some permits. If not, bribes. And if you make it big, you can still bribe to keep yourself safe. There is no threat to life as such. Why? It’s simple. It’s the fear of being found out if you commit a serious crime like murder, that’s what keeps you safe from others. Even if a rich person walks on the streets, he is still relatively safe. It’s not the same in these novel worlds. They are pretty remote and almost disconnected from proper governing organisations. They have very minimal fear of killing you and talking your money. No cameras, or modern forensics. As long as no one sees them doing a crime, they are perfectly safe. Be it murder, r#pe, or arson. Instead of seeing them as MCs, it’s better to see them as normal people in that world. It would make more sense why they would choose to do these seemingly cowardly things.
