Apollo is the god of many things not just music, (archery,healing, prophecy etc) he basically inherited the title of god of the sun from Helios since Helios is a titan and the entire Titanomachia led to a lot of titans being phased out of their roles and them being inherited by the olympian gods. This didn't mean that the titans lost their powers because titans tend to becloser to personification of a concept than anything else.Take Oceanus and Posideon for example.Despite having similar domains, Posideon is still the god of the sea. Apollo is the god 'of' the sun whilst Helios can be taken to be a personification of the sun. similar but different

They would have it in trace amounts but the concentration will be much lower. since there's a lower concentration, you would show less talent because a lot depends on the quality of the god's blood in your body. That is why descendants of Apllo almost never choose to join House Zeus

You don't see it for Apollo because his name is the same in both the Greek and Roman pantheons. Apparently, the Romans couldn't be bothered to change it anymore lol

Sometimes Aphrodite is not Zeuss daughter but instead was born when her other father's balls (Uranus) were cut off and flung into the ocean with no intercourse or anything. Athena is another who popped out of Zeus's head after Zeus had a headache Like no intercourse or nothing just a headache gave birth to a god. Hephaestus was also born from Hera alone and Zeus wasn't involved, no intercourse or nothing. Hera just gave birth to a true god like that all alone. There are a few others but the point still stands. having a child from some random occurrence is not impossible in Greek mythology even if you don't have any intercourse

basically
