Of course, but you fail to see that all those can be eliminated with science, all those problems are biological in origin, we can still be immortal and have the need and wants of a regular human, a sufficiently advanced organism has no need for family, friends nor companionship, only progress to the greater truth.
People say immortality is a curse, I disagree, the universe is infinitely expanding, and everything and anything is happening and will happen eventually, if we live in a universe with infinite time and space the heat death won't matter, it's expanding so fast that even if the heat death comes you can just travel to a part of the universe where it hasn't happened yet if you make yourself immortal and take all the knowledge of your homeworld with you, with enough time you can develop technology to the point that it's identical to magic, what do we know? Scientists are struggling to understand and quantify the known universe, what lies beyond? Nobody knows and we never will, but if by some miracle someone did become immortal, they could find out for humanity, for all of us. Immortality is not a curse, it's a blessing, one sought after by all of humanity.
