He'll be able to use a lot of it, yeah, but he ain't gonna be at All Might's level lol. Even weakened All Might is absurdly powerful. And he only started training when he was 8, not four. So, he'll have about 10 years of training. All Might has had many more decades of experience. Same goes for Endeavor, Midnight and others of a similar level. In terms of raw power he can match up against most Pros, it's just in terms of fighting experience when it comes to fighting against Quirks that he comes up lacking.

No, yes and no. No, I can't make him an anti-hero. Being an anti-hero implies he'll kill people and he won't. He's had enough of killing. Yes, he'll be somewhat of a detective. Every pro-hero has to be clever in their own right to figure out certain things with villains and to find and follow leads on crimes that have been committed. He won't be a full-on detective, however, because I'm not clever enough to make that realistic. And no, I won't make him a technological genius. Izuku showed no technical prowess with machines and the MC isn't a mechanic/engineer. He was a solder and an assassin. He doesn't have a clue how to build and invent things. The closest thing he knows to that is how to maintain and service his guns/weapons.
