I’m not a genius on it and definitely don’t know the science behind it off by heart but it is true. I think it’ll have something to do with adapting to that cold temperature on the daily so that when you’re in room temperature it’ll “warmer” to your body due to it already having been through the contraction, something along those lines anyway. Also with that last verse, its actually not good for blood flow for anyone if their veins/arteries/capillaries were to shrink as more than likely the pressure created by the heart would make them burst also they would hold less volume.

How comes he hasn’t been picking up nor ingesting the crystals from all of these kobolds and goblins
