Kakashi is one year younger than Asuma and Kurenai. Anko is 2 years younger than Kakashi. Anko is the same age as Kotetsu and Izumi. I recommend reading the timeline book I posted.

That's incorrect. Anko is two years younger than Kakashi and three years younger than Asuma and Kurenai. You can verify this on the Wiki. Shisui's age was never mentioned; all we know is that he is younger than Kakashi. Yes, this takes place before the Third Ninja War.
