This story was truly unexpected, but I am so glad I found it. The author gives us such sweet torture with this slow burn and the characters are so well written… even the side characters! And if you are a foodie… the MC definitly makes you want to step into the kitchen, even if it means risking your tastebuds (if you can’t cook like me, LOL). I can’t wait to read more!

Their interactions, that of an old married couple, are getting cuter and cuter 😩🥹❤️

I hope there is no Harem. I feel like Ren needs something more wholesome. With the way the story is going and with his personality, will he be able to trust a lot of people in the future? Plus, he's obsessed with chess pieces haha. Even if he has people around him, it'll be hard for anyone to get close to his heart.
