or any powers out there with a nuclear bomb, once they decided to launch it there's no turning back, even if the other powers managed to stop it (dk how), that means they dont give a f and wants a fullblown war if they're launching a bomb that destroys their target.

That's literally it, they want a self insert so they can insert themselves into that series, and characters that have their personality won't be as enjoyable as having an SI or OC, unless they changed the personality of the character, which just makes it an OC with the face of that character, kind of annoying tbh.
