Going to die if it’s Ryan… considering he would have had to sit out a year if he didn’t get picked up after that closed tryout
High school kids are sprinkled all throughout the first round of the draft. Based on Ken’s progression and the fact that he is Sho-time 2.0, I would bet he would end up the #1 overall pick. High school kids are drafted very high every year… The club gets these high school players at a discount for that particular draft slot. The only way Ken should even consider college, would be to go play juco for a year and demand more money in the draft. Ken can literally get drafted and choose not to sign the contract, thus going to college instead. Frankly, Leo would likely have never went to college. A catcher that is as good as he is and can hit unbelievably, would likely be a #1 pick as well…
Ryan better buckle up! His world is about to get shaken and stirred!
Keep up the excellent work!
Excellent work! I have lived through what Coach was explaining to Ken. The way you described it makes me wonder if you didn’t as well.
All that pain from physically changing his body, yet the elixirs disappeared? All those hours doing insane workouts…all those hours spent working on his craft…then poof, gone? Love the book, but nah man 😂
See this! I just gifted the story: Massage chair
He still should be throwing around 95…just based on other stats that have been shown. To be sub 90mph means some sort of mechanical issue or the author has written himself into a corner
Ok I was about to ask how he didn’t keep his stats considering everyone in the book has those. However, I see what you did. Or at least I hope that Ken has let his mechanics slide (hitting and pitching)…….
