Definitely give it a go! There are many twist and turns so it will keep you guessing. I’ve read most of her novels and this is her most well developed so far. Full disclosure, I love her other stories too and was quickly addicted. She has really grown as an author and has so much potential for future reads. Her worlds give a few mainstream authors a run for their money.

I have been waiting for that reveal also. I’m curious to know if it doesn’t date her age based on Calhoun’s age. So many little bits to circle back to. Very exciting!

I was pulled into this world by reading Damien & Penny’s story first, completely out of order, however it did not hinder this story as it is a stand alone as well. I absolutely love Leo and his Bambi. This has a bit more tragedy than the other stories but well worth the read.

I feel some foreshadowing here... is it possible Maddie’s family origin is the same as Calhoun’s grandfather? I’m loving the twists and turns of the story.

This story had me hooked. A great story of love conquering all. Absolutely love Damien and Penny! The only drawback was it was a bit redundant in rehashing areas already discussed in previous chapters but still a good read.

That does seem far more fair... and Beth didn’t specify where in the castle she wants to live

I think everyone is underestimating the bond Maddie and Calhoun have... especially her family

I see a beheading in Beth’s future...

I want Maddie and Calhoun to kick everyone out of the castle except Lucy and Theo... however it is extremely entertaining to watch people dig their graves one act at a time. Not to mention Maddie is coming into her own with a new view on her family and her feelings for Calhoun.

Love the suspense of this book along with the character growth. Did not expect to like the story as much as I do based on the synopsis but the story quickly proved me wrong. The character development of the protagonist is fantastic and cannot wait to see the full reveal by the end of the book.
