An interesting premise. Starting strong with good grammar and syntax and improving with each chapter thus far. I've only read 3 chapters, but I'm expecting great things from you. Don't let us down -_-

It worked for monoma becuase his inherent Copy Quirk effectively uses the transplanted piece to constantly refresh his copy of warp gate. Also horizons ego wouldn't let him transplant it into himself

Endeavor would make sense as he would want intel on Shoto's biggest competition [Assuming MC beats him at the sports festival], so they don't have to get along. So depending on how MC and Shoto get along it can either be them being rivals and growing together. Or Endeavor trying to piss off Shoto and make him stronger. And Endeavor largely recruits fire Quirk users. This also justifies MC Vs Stain later on. And Endeavor would be great for a training arc to show off the value of decades of real fighting experience. But I'd like to cast my vote for Hawks [Teaching MC to be a bit more sneaky] or Best Jeanist [Teaching MC to manage large teams], although Endeavor is an amazing leader, especially in the field. And there is also Gang Orca, no particular reason, he just's cool...
