I really love reading this story this is probably my third time now. Bai meeting her mates and reading how her story progressed and the challenges she faced was very good and it all kind of tied together at the end. I do admit I didn't like how Bai character acted half way and towards the end but it was still very good. I didn't really care for the spin off where Bai and her mates get transmitted back to the modern world and only read it once and didn't read again. My favorite spin off story was the story of BluePool and An'an love story it actually made me cry and would've have loved if was a whole separate book that told their story from beginning to end. I would definitely read it.

I'm guessing none of you seen a newborn baby right out of the womb they are a little ugly looking almost like an alien it's only after a few days that they look like a baby. Plus Bai is 18 years old and doing this by herself without anyone to ask for help and trying to raise a beastman which she doesn't know how to do. I do admit her character is becoming a little disoriented.

Jean did mostly stay inside and didn't let others see her appearance plus when she did go out she had a mask to cover up half of her face I think that's helped. Plus she lived in the city of beast and the merfolk tribe that was many times bigger than the tiger tribe offering more protection.

She already used your spousal mark to find you without even realizing it. When she was at the peacock village and she sensed that you were at the outskirts of the village.

Parker is a beastman she probably thought his eyes didn't take in light when he is in his human form it's hard to remember that he is an animal

spoiler Parker wasn't the best to her in the beginning yet semi improved later on. Bai had every right to reject him even though he rescued her. She would've been protected by the other males in the village if she told them that she threatenedby him. In the book the female characters introduced reject their admirers/other males for; seeing their body without their permission, forcing themselves onto them, being mean, or for simply not liking the way the other person looks.

I really loved the story I wish it was a little longer and went into more detail and that it didn't rush the ending putting it all into the last chapter. The characters were drawn beautifully and I loved that how the story progressed I actually managed to read it all in 3 days.
