i rarely post reviews, mainly because most fics aren't worthy of one, a pass time if you want to call it. this fic however is more than worth it. outside of the fact that it took a seemingly cliche setting and made from it a hauntingly beautiful story. the way the author tackled the Naruto world just pulled on my heart strings. most worlds aren't complicated in that it's just a matter of power to fix. imo this is not the case for Naruto, the complexity and sheer bleakness of it is rarely portrayed in its own group. i am certainly a sucker for hero types, sunny knight dudes who have a genuine wish to save others ( as long as they actually kill) naruto in its intended form gives a way where heroes aren't just bumping idiots who only know how to punch problems away( looking at you Luffy) you either fail to fix the cycle of hatred by trying to brute force it, or understand that it requires more empathy, more sacrifice, more understanding to get others behind you. this story while didn't have a hero type and weren't there to fix it( which is why the character design is 3 stars), they did the world perfectly. waiting eag erlyto seeing more of this fic.

I don't usually review fics but this one seemed promising at the start only to go downhill from there ( no I am not talking about whatever 1 chapter ntr happened, the author already said it would) the writing style is good, the world building isn't bad either but the MC and the interactions are straight up horrible. outside of the MC being the typical the talented handsome Gary tsu who's lust is only overshadowed by lack of defining positive character treats. supposedly he is a kind and great man( author's words not mine) but in reality is a (semi) arrogant selfish hypocritical retard with the self control of a bulldog. he said he doesn't view his mom that way and took 1 chapter exactly to flip, same thing done to the gyaru(whatever her name is) and Komi. I don't fault a guy for being a horn dog but I absolutely blame the author for trying to slip the nice guy who just wants the happiness of others on it. the whole premise of the story is nice until you realise that the author's effect on the story is either perv on girls, make jokes/references and agree with the protag. my assessment that this Is a poorly concealed wish fulfillment SI that fluncuate depending on how horny the author is.
