Now I don't actually know the Mannyuu Chifusa story so this is a stot in the dark, but does she actually have children in the story? You said it was only 6 episodes long in the first chapter so I don't think her getting pregnant and having kids would be in it. If she doesn't she should be getting stronger faster. At this rate she could have knockers bigger than the Empire State Building's and still have only 10% until she has children. Unless the show has her getting knocked up and having a kid in every episode (it could happen?), move on. Since the largest breasts ever were a N cup but it left the women bedridden since she couldn't move, if you give Sakura a J cup her breasts will each actually be bigger than the rest of her body. Remember she is only a ~5'4, thin, 13-year-old girl. Any bigger and she won't be able stand let allow fight.

It is easy to tell if it is the movie or the book by looking at Petunia's hair. In the movie she had black hair in the book she is a blond.
