It’s been a while since I’ve read this book, so I don’t remember the context all that well, but a good example of when 300000 attacking a single enemy with 300000 health is when the rate of healing is brought into account with the time it would take for each person to land a hit on the single character. But even so, “overwhelming numbers” would require the numbers to actually be overwhelming. But overall, I don’t think we’re disagreeing, I was just saying this villain was an idiot with no real sense for game-battle strategy apparently and couldn’t see that he didn’t have the numbers to overcome the “damage-to-healing” ratio
