Wilhelm needs a power upgrade of some form or train some of his abilities to their peak. He seems kinda weak, now that some of the heavy hitters are appearing. But so far I'm really enjoying your FF.

But the Decree was written before he became the Corpse God, otherwise the Decree wouldn't have G.E.'s signature. While yes I agree they can still be suspicious but if I remember correctly the Inquisitor became suspicious of the Decree itself

Whil yes, I agree Hogwarts is the lynchpin in Harry Potter, I highly hope this isn't one of those FF's where the MC hovers or helps the Golden Trio with everything.
