It's an interesting concept, but I find it a bit boring. The main character (MC) is too indecisive. Despite being the strongest being on Earth right now, he literally fears everything. Another issue is that he doesn’t really act like someone who's been isekai'd. His mindset feels too narrow for the situation. As I said, he's the strongest on Earth at the moment—he could easily take the Dragon Radar from Bulma, collect all the Dragon Balls, and then beat the crap out of Goku and Piccolo. He could even tell them that stronger fighters will arrive in a year. After that, he could use the Dragon Balls to teleport to Namek and make three wishes there. Also, the wishes you mentioned are a bit underwhelming. Since he's an isekai character, why not wish for something that any real fan would want? For example, a gaming system, gravity magic, a skill for stealing talents, or even something like infinite evolution. Or maybe something practical, like the ability to breathe in space or access to other types of magic. It's something I've never really understood in these kinds of stories.

Compare that to Luffy’s fights; most of them are over within 30 minutes or less. And no, just because he fights the same opponent multiple times doesn’t prolong the fights
