It's a process. A character arc. He will start off being hesitant about causing pain to those who don't deserve it and gradually be pushed over the edge by events and circumstances. Instead of him just being transformed on day 0, it is more interesting to see how he slowly falls and gets corrupted.
Yep. I'll try to resume updates soon.
No
Not really. This is the start of another arc.
Thanks for the comment. I am relatively hesitant in involving other countries on Earth with the plot through the book, mainly because there will mostly likely be war. The other countries will do whatever they can to get a piece of the pie that is World Alpha, and there is no way the United States and Section X will just sit back and let them have it, not when they have invested so much into the Phasewalker Corps and Section X. And I don't really want to write about world war 3 in this book, so as you will see, the other countries on Earth will be relatively laid back throughout the events. That is a good idea though. If other countries, like Canada, learn what is going on with the Phasewalkers, they may ask to strike a deal with the US and add their own people into the Phasewalker Corps.
Patreon. Webnovel blocked it out I think.
Get out of my head...
Thanks. Zeal is good when it is aimed in the right direction, but what is the right direction is a question that everyone has a different answer to. In the end, who controls that zeal is another critical factor that will ultimately decide what will happen to the Phasewalker Corps.
That actually happened a lot later. They have trouble setting up missiles and the infrastructures needed to launch them for the moment due to a lack of labors and time.
Thanks. I've been writing combat scenes for about four years now. Truly appreciate the comments.
