Well, I'm not really sure if I can help you but let's see. It depends on the setting really or what you want to use as the base standard. If you set human as the baseline you could go with a basic phase/stage made up of: sub-human, (human) toddler, child, teenager, adult, athlete, peak human. A superhuman phase would follow. You could go about this one in mutiple ways. You could divide them into simple grades or you could give them titles or you could go even further and give them both. If you go with the first one you would have Grade 1, 2, 3, etc Superhuman. If you go with the latter you would have something like Minor Superhuman, City level Superhuman, County level Superhuman, Country level Superhuman, Continent level Superhuman, Planet level superhuman, Solar level Superhuman, etc. If you combine the two you get spmething like Grade 1, 2, 3 Country level Superhuman. This one in particular has a xianxia feeling to it for most webnovel users simply vecause they read many cultivation novels or heard too much about it in the comments. There is also always the the option to divide them into straight up Tiers or levels, though that would pretty much be the first option with just a different label. Not sure if this helps or if I misunderstood the request, but yeah🤷‍♂️😌

If those people appear strong then its because those official tournaments have age restrictions and these battles/competitions don't unless it is specified that there is an age limit
