A Direwolf can be considered the ultimate Wolf with the Noble and Royal bloodlines possessing wings and a secondary and/or Tertiary elemental affinity... basically they can all command ice but the higher the Bloodline the more elements they can command naturally and like I said have wings... think of it as a Vanagandir with major upgrades making them more lethal with their biggest weakness being an extremely high loyalty and ferocity in a fight/hostile situation

My opinion stick with how you want to progress it
