the 1911 is a beautifully crafted gun and has been Perfected throughout the years. there's nothing wrong with the 1911. if anything the glock is trash it would never last even a quarter of the time that a 1911 would after all they've been around for over a hundred years and still work amazingly whereas you take a 40 year old glock that's been used everyday like the 1911s were then it would blow up or melt its a trash as gun made cheaply and poorly honestly can't understand the hype behind it if anyone actually did their own research they would know these things

completely and totally unoriginal training regimen. this is a wonderful example of lazy writing. to train the body properly, he would need more variety and more balanced workouts. It is honestly disappointing that everyone uses this one because it is such a trash workout
