Tbh, if I found a good story, there is no way I'll read this. But since I can't find any, then I gave this a try. I really want to drop this since chapter 1 as neither the ML nor the FL gave me a good impression, but since it was short, I told myself that I'll just finish it. Also, I hate that the FL's negative news were never cleaned up. I get that those brainless fans are for some faceslapping but in this story, the faceslapping isn't good at all. The villains just kept sprouting every now and then while the other villains aren't even cleaned up yet. It's too frustrating really. And don't get me started with the FL and ML's romance. Sure, it's their first time falling in love but I'm too tired with their nonsense misunderstandings. I finally dropped this when the ML misunderstood that the FL kissed another guy. Although their misunderstandings were usually easily solved, it's too tiring as it just kept on repeating, mainly due to ML's jealousy but he never tried to tell it to the FL. He should just be honest to solve everything tbh. Anyway, I kinda like the character design (individually), because once the FL and ML are together, their IQ falls. What a pity. The beginning of the story where the FL decisively punished the white lotus sister and the scumbag was satisfying. That's the reason why the story hooked me. But now, none of the cockroach-like villains are punished.

The thing is, I felt like the author's name is familiar. And then I saw one of his/her works. It turned out that it is another story which I really dislike due to its abrupt ending as well. So my question is, does the author like ending her/his story with so much potential abruptly? Or is it just the translator who stopped translating it for some reason? Anyway, be it the former or the latter, I am still very frustrated that a potentially good story ended just like that. I wasted 2 days reading this instead of starting our final project🥹.

Maybe it's just me but despite having only more or less 200 chapters, I feel that it's too slow paced (the romance is definitely not slow though). Anyway, coupled with the bad quality of the translation where there are some missing parts of the chapter which made it confusing, I'm dropping it at chapter 124. I still don't know if I'm going to read it again some day though.
