This is too premature honestly. He has deeper relationships with the other woman. Only reason Author choose these two is because of they were virgins.

Let’s start with the story and the MC. Plot is extremely convoluted. MC is an already powerful being but wants to learn the ways of cultivation when he’s already at the peak of the universe. That’s fine and bearable, but the author decides to write the cliche “he starts from the bottom/Outer Sect and progress forward” Author wants to make this large and grand world but starts in the least interesting spot. This novel R18 + MC Overpowered. You could’ve explored the culture and dynamics behind the world in more creative ways. Speaking of the author. Writing Quality is poor. Author info dumps paragraphs of information between actions of chapters. The dialogue is also childish. Cultivators that are centuries old are behaving like middle school girls. Which leads to the weak dynamics of characters. All of them feel flat and uninteresting. Even the most intriguing thing, the multiverse, is but on the back burn as it’s focused on cultivation. Like cmon, why couldn’t the MC introduced magic into the world to usher a new era.

Lord Larnak wasn’t even a villain. Dude got his heirloom stolen and tried to avenge himself. The bigger culprit is the MC and his allies.
