I tried reading the chapter to clear up the confusion, but I am confusion so I got confused if the confusion is me or something I wrote or you guys. >.> But to clear it up, based on the reference, Vincent will be like the old producer (accused of R) and Fil will be like the Manager (the one who helped Marianne in her career) because she will feel bad for her.
