Oooh! I got a suggestion Author-san! If you DO pair these two together, a potential plot point in future can be that the “competition” find out Zaboru’s connection with her Yakuzu family (either due to their intimacy or some business digging, idk) and try to smear his name for his “underworld” connection. In response to the potential negative PR, he makes the game franchise “Yakuza” and maybe include interviews with real Yakuza guys that are goofy or “honourable”.

It’s nice to see the organisation actually acting like it’a supposed to at times.
