Yeah sorry. I went through like 10 different names and moved skills around between the different ones while I was brainstorming, but didn't keep good track of name changes. It should be fixed now.

Usually once contracts are broken that is it, you will permanently have one less star space. That is why, in the empire materials that could heal a broken star space were rare and expensive (I think one was on auction during Kain's first Black Mission). Since Southerner's only have one contract, once it breaks...they are usually just screwed
