Does this mean he is interacting with Li and his goblin to make this cultivation plan or that he had seen this goblin and was able to come up with a plan? To me, it seems to be the latter because you don't see them interacting together. Spoiler, I had to go back a few chapters to find this paragraph to explain a future plot point, but this is still ambiguous. Please help explain!!

the translation here is bad. At the association, there was a duo who worked to steal that egg. The one stirred up a big commotion while the other one stole the egg and hid it in the skeleton. the one who hid it in the skeleton found Lu Wu at his house but was killed by a high-ranking summon. It was never verified that the high tiered summon was from the dad, but we assume it is. Later, we find out his dad is probably a hidden big shot. The association is still chasing the thief who caused a commotion, and it looks like he found out where Lu Wu is at and is coming for the egg. I think he knows his partner is dead.

Right now, he would be considered dead by the opposition. If he spreads the information them he could be put on the bounty.

Shouldn't have made them a couple after an instance. I don't believe there were any romantic feelings from him to begin with. He could have invited her to the clan as a guest elder, and she would have accepted.

I don't think it was meant as a sexual statement. Previously, she was a slave. Most likely, she was starved and malnourished. Now she has filled out meaning she doesn't look like a corpse and will grow up to be a beauty. Author should have made it less vague.
