Why is the word "Royalty" used for the title when he's not even a prince or a third generation rich kid?

Will there be really no romance till the end of this novel? Why do I have a bad feeling that the author might suddenly add romance midway or near the end of the novel using the excuse that a king needs a queen or for the sake showing that he already resolved his trauma with girls if that really happens then pls author remind me asap so as to stop myself in investing my feelings too deeply on this novel.
