If we think about how a single cell is made of many different parts he has to understand every atoms which goes into its creation. This means he would have to be aware of an inconceivable amount of matter. Just for a single cell. His brain would be overloaded or it would take him forever to even make a single cell. And if he ever wanted to reconstruct his brain.. Well that's basically a dead end cause even people who spend generations studying the brain can't comprehend the ins and outs of it.
