Late for a Date
Nathaniel had watched the minutes tick by until Frank was satisfied by his presence at the dinner.
He had done the rounds and met everyone that was in attendance.
He had even gathered several business cards, making it easier for him to recall the various personalities in the meeting.
Eventually Frank let him leave as he did a final check to make sure that Nathaniel met the right people.
"Fuck," Nathaniel cursed as he rushed from the restaurant to the designated meeting spot he had told his driver.
He was late for his date with Maya.
He had an hour to get to the restaurant, he wouldn't be worried if the their date wasn't at the other end of the city.
As he spotted his car he immediately hopped in.
"Drive," Nathaniel roared as he heard sirens go off.
It seemed that Clark had anticipated his need and called for some assistance.
"This is an abuse of power," Nathaniel commented with a frown.
