Hello guys, How are your days!

I apologize again for the slow release of my chapters. I will try increasing my pace but I will have a hard time fixing every errors in my chapters. Anyway, Thank for the support guys!

By the way, No need to vote for me, I am doing this for fun and not to compete with other authors. I am already under stress and I don't want to stress myself more.

A piece of advice for everyone especially those experiencing depression. Changing how you think in life can save you. Instead of thinking, I am doing bad in school, I can't do things they can do and more. Start thinking, I may be bad at this but at least I am good at this. They may excel in this sport, But I can beat them in this area and more. Don't compare your self to others, everyone were created with uniqueness. Just look carefully at yourself and maybe things will start to change for the better good!

We exited the forest and rushed to Konoha. I am dragging Kong, by the rope he was tied at, to the ground as he is screaming for mercy. Behind him were hungry Chakra beast that wants to eat and devour hi. The trio were jumping from tree to tree to avoid the chakra beast's attention while spreading different sounds and bloods to attract more beast in this stampede.

Kong shouted in plea "I am sorry Boss! I will never do that again!" He saw that it is futile so he looked at his surroundings. He continued "Please! Anyone! save me, I don't want to be eaten by them alive and turn into some shitty shits!"

We reached the gates of Konoha in the middle of the night and without a scratch. I smiled to my team and looked at the terrified and scared Kong. He is full of bites and scratches while crying like a baby. Behind us is a hill of Chakra beast corpse that was being handled by some Ninja Guards stationed at the gate of Konoha. I thanked them while gaving them some money for keeping everything they saw and heard as a secret.

I said to my team "Everyone are dismissed, all of you can go home and rest. By the way, you all have a week to rest from this missions. Everyone did a great job for in this and I am proud of you all. As for your money, I will send them to your accounts tommorow so rest well. By the way, your daily trainings will still be effective even in your day off. Okay! Everyone can leave now!"

They all nodded and dispersed immediately to take some rest. Kong was untied from his rope and shouted "Freedom!" before bolting out of this place.

I am sure he is out again to make trouble. He always cause trouble like a stupid kid that kept on doing his mistakes over and over again till an adult dissuade them again and again. He will always repeat what mistakes he created and I am starting to become pissed of him. I am quite afraid that he will spread this kind of idiocy to everyone especially to my team or to other kids. If this spread out while I am here, I swear I will grill him in the depths of lava.

I moved to the Hokage tower and saw a stressed out Hiruzen in the table. I asked "Going for overtime again huh?"

Hiruzen looked at me and tiredly said "Yes, I need to finish this batch of papers or else it will stock pile till tomorrow. *Sigh~* It is no wonder why Tobirama-sensei was always tired in work and excited in his off. Being Hokage always eats up your time!"

I smiled to him and said "I told you to use your clones to help you in this works or maybe change the system entirely to make things much more easier from you."

Hiruzen smiled to me and said "I do use my clones to make my work more efficient but it just makes more work to come. It is really an endless grind for work especially this papers! If only I can burn them, I will do so to end my misery! By the way, What 'change the System' are you talking about? Can you please elaborate this for me?"

I said "Hmmm.... Why don't you hire some highly professional people from this village to help you in your work. The papers that you signs and approve where mostly menial such us Building permits, Construction permits, Buying of lands, Importation of goods, Travelling to another village and more. Maybe you can hire a scientist for researches approvals, Engineers for Building or Construction approval, Trusted Merchants/Ninja for Importation and Transportation and Trusted Ninjas for mission approval and distribution and many more.

Maybe you can also assign some menial task to 'your so great' elders to make use of their job while taking the most sensitive files to your clutch. Letting them hang around you without really helping you at your job is really such a waste of resources. If you can't let them help you in paper works, Just fire them. Having elders are good but it can also bring your downfall if you just let them do as they please. That is the main reason why Tobirama doesn't like having Elders behind him and give them the same power as his."

You might be asking why is Hiruzen the Hokage when I saved Tobirama and Killed his killer in the canon right? Well the reason for this is that, Fate wants Tobirama to die. He was killed in a mission by a group of unknown origins and not by Kinkaku and Ginkaku' Group. Kinkaku and Ginkaku really died but for some unknown reason, a mysterious group of people replaced them and killed Tobirama last year while I am not taking part of that mission. It is quite intriguing for me especially their mission.

The mission of Tobirama before he died is an investigation mission. The mission was issued by the Daimyo due to his curiosity. An Unknown area in this land of fire became a restricted area due to the sudden death of animals, chakra beast and humans in that area. Tobirama, together with his trusted allies, investigate the cause and discovered some unknown species.

They didn't came back so another group was issued by the second in command to retrieve and back them up. After coming there, We found the place to be barren and all ninjas that were part of that mission died due to some shallow reason. Some died from a poisonous bee sting, Some died from a deep fall, Some died from drowning and, the most mysterious of all, Tobirama died from lacerations and punctures while sitting in a lotus position. I investigate this further and found nothing in particular except to the body of Tobirama. An unknown energy lingers in his body that corrode his chakra pathway and chakra. I took samples of it and I am still investigating its origin and uses.

I investigated their death again and again and concluded that some unknown forces in this world were actually working and mending the fate of everyone. There is no such thing as Time paradox in our world where even if you saved Tobirama, he is totally saved, That is not how our world or even the universe works. Even if you killed his killer, a new set of killers will replace them and will still kill Tobirama because that is how fate wants him to be. This concerned me a lot since another enemy will be placed to my own book to be aware of. I should also be careful of how fate goes since the world is acting against my Future plans.

As for Tobirama, well that is how fate goes. No matter what actions you do to save him, Some unknown forces will still fuck up your plan and fix the loop hole you created in this world. It is quite scary since it makes the future much more unpredictable. Some of the pieces I sowed falls apart but it also gave birth to some new fantastic futures. I can still achieve every plans I have even if fate wants to destroy it.

As for what I am talking about, That is just my opinion. I mean, Why don't the Kage's distribute some of their responsibilities to others. One man can't do what a team can so it is not that bad to ask for help. As long as you trust them, there is nothing to be afraid of. He can also distribute the task to his elders since 'They work for the village's greater good' Right?

I already told him to ditch those elders since the other two elders where already controlled by my uncle. I know it since in most of the meetings with them, my uncle is the one controlling the flow and the result. I hate that since he is mostly using his authority to manipulate the elders and Hokage and push me to a dangerous mission alone. Well those dangerous missions are mostly easy quest for me but for him to do that, his hatred for me is deep since my grandfather's death.

I am planning on giving Hiruzen some computers to help him in his paper works but it will take some time to teach him the basics, what more for advance tricks. I am also afraid that my uncle will demand for another computer and spy the informations within Hiruzen's computer and fucked up more of my plans. Well I am sure that he will never have the face to beg on me since he is mad at me.

Hiruzen thought for a while and said "Thank you for the idea, It is much more appreciated if you can write the details in papers so I can understand it more in details. I will read all of it in my free time."

I took the papers I prepared in my storage scrolls to him and gave it to him. Those papers contains the detailed plan of what I am talking about. I said "Here, take this."

I threw the papers to Hiruzen and he successfully catched it. He chuckled and said "You are always prepared Haru. Thanks for this, I will read it on my free time."

I sat on the couch and said "No problem. And if I were you, you should choose people whom you can truly trust. Never trust so easily especially my Uncle. He can easily manipulate anyone, especially you. Better be cautious of him, never leave your back open especially when he is the one at your back."

He sighed and said "I know, I just can't say no when he asks me a favor and I hate that."

I smiled to him and said "Yup, because you're a stupid person that can easily be manipulated with simple words. I don't blame you for that since I know that you're an optimistic person. By the way, The mission is done but the goods were mine for safekeeping. I will take responsibility for this and I hope that greedy clan head stop fuming about the items. If he ever demand for the items, tell them to take it from me."

I threw scrolls containing the heads of the ninjas we killed in our mission. I smiled to him as he assess my words. He sighed and said "Are you sure Haru? I also investigated this mission and learned the real reason. I can't just intervene with it since it is a big clan in our village but nevertheless, I will help you concealing it to them for a while."

I nodded to him and said "Yup, It is a sad story knowing that Aki and Hana's dead parents are part of this. That is the reason why I am doing this for them."

The mission we just finished was about retrieving the eyes of the previous Uchiha clan Head and his Wife. In the mission issued by the Uchiha clan, An S-rank Ninja, that is an expert in transformation and lightning jutsu, Digged up the eyes of the previous Clan head and his wife. Those eyes were Mangekyou Sharingans and this kind of eyes can easily take the interest of other village Ninjas.

The Ex-elder, now head of the clan, was fuming in rage and issued a vague retrieval mission. He wants those eyes to be retrieved immediately since he plan to use it for his own use. Who would have thought that he was tricked by an S class Kumo Ninja and those two eyes were stolen in his clutch. He issued this mission with the approval of the Hokage, to prevent this shameful news from spreading in the clan. He doesn't want his reputation in his clan to be ruined due to the act of stealing the eyes of the previous head and his wife.

My team have just finished a mission when we learned about this mission. My team, Which is the Rescue and Retrieval team, heard that an important items from the Uchiha clan were stolen. My team wants to help and take this job so I am not against it. I have my own suspicion so I talked this to Hiruzen in secret but found nothing. My suspicion about this case being extraordinary is high so I spied the Uchihas.

I learned that the one who issued this job is the new head of the Uchihas. I learned that the stolen items were the the eyes of Hana and Aki's parents. He reserved the two pairs of eyes to obtain the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan of the legend. I don't know the details but I heard that he actually stole those eyes from the corpse after they died and my two Genins didn't know of this.

I know that my team will become emotional if they knew the real mission so I kept the real mission's description in secret.

As for the eyes I am storing in my storage scrolls, I am going to safe keep them for my team. These eyes were Mangekyo Sharingans with the ability about teleportation, for the head, and Illusions, for the wife. Those were actually good eyes but it is not up to my standards and not compatible with mine.

I plan on using them to create Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan but creating it is not about putting another Mangekyou Sharingan to yours, It must be compatible with you and must be from someone you respect/love the most. I am sure my two Genins will benefit more with this if They ever obtained their own Mangekyou Sharingans.

I smiled to Hiruzen and finalized my talk with him. He wants to rebut me but he knows me so he decided to help me out. I always work with him in my chunnin days and he knows that when I talk, it is finalized. He shook my hands and told me that he will give me the money from the Ninja's bounty tommorow which I am delight with.

I exited the Hokage tower and looked at the night sky. I stared at it for a long time as I am feeling something missing in my life. I sighed and teleported to my base in the wilderness. I dashed near a mountain straight to the cliff with a big waterfall near it. I jumped to the cliff before floating halfway down it. Behind the big waterfall, a small dark cave can be seen in it. I entered it and was greeted by a thick metal doors. Red lights scanned my whole body before lighting up in green after the scan.

The door opened and was greeted by a paradise for any tech guys and Otakus. A big city made out of metals and lights. This city has differen black technologies that is out of this backward world. Futuristic Skyscrapers and Buildings were inside while the roads are were light up. Inside the city, Big metallic blocks, that resembles that of a car without wheels, floats on the streets carrying different types of robots and humanoid beings that you can imagine.
