CATCHING FEELINGS

CHAPTER TWO

Luna went h u n t i n g smaller mammals and sighting a hare she makes for it but then got pushed over by another wolf, he was so big, his eyes were g l o w i n g red, she realized he was an alpha. This title is the highest title a wolf can have.

'That was my c a t c h !", he said angrily slowly walking towards her. He was bash and loud.

'N o, that was my catch', Luna said reserved.

'Says who?. He asked now looking at her eyes glowing yellow enhancing her eyesight and displaying supernatural nature.

"An omega! No let's say the 'Lone wolf', the outcast of the Man wolf route. So were you either left or banished for some reason", - he asked with a smirk.

'That's no excuse for what you did, besides I wasn't left or banished, I came to hunt' She replied in a shy tone.

'Well am sorry about that, what is your name? He asked showing off his broad shoulders.

'Luna daughter of king Randolph', she replies with a shy look and as she turns to leave he moves with a fast speed and standing in her way he says "R e k" that's my name. Good she says.

Rex was so attractive and indeed Luna was attracted him.

they talked for hours and one could tell they had were s t a r t i n g to know more about eachother.

Luna was very shy so rex was more of doing the talking and she spoke few words.

Ivory got to notice how her daughter Luna was s k i p p i n g meals and was always in a rush to leave. she was hoping it was something they all wanted and not to play around like she was still a pup.

Randolph who had given up on Luna wasn't interested even when his wife ivory spoke to him about her s u s p i c i o n s he would rather change the topic than spend his time talking about Luna.

ivory tried to sit Luna her daughter down to talk about her lately movement. she w a n t e d to know if they was someone she was secretly seeing but Luna would deny. I guess she didn't want to give them false h o p e s.

Randolph waited patiently for Luna and finally she arrived. one could tell with his r e a c t i o n that he was so happy to see her. they hunted together and would ate t o g e t h e r.

Randolph would tell Luna jokes and how he grew up with his parent. His father Alaska and his mother Nikita.

He tells her how he left home because he couldn't stand his mother Nikita, she would talk to him every single day that went by of him going out to find himself a mate as well. He also tells about his last e s c a p e from home. This was because his family had arranged a mate for him and he tried to get to know her but deep down there was no f e e l i n g s and instead he didn't want to continue.

Luna felt this was destiny, how they both were going through same thing in their various homes. she tells him how she as well was being t r e a t e d unfairly by her family because she refuses to mingle and get a mate.

She felt alive for the first time, someone who was just like her and aside the fact that he was good-looking she really e n j o y e d every day that went by with him.

Luna went to see her best friend aurora and gisting her about rex. Aurora felt Luna was taking things too far. 'Take things slowly', aurora advised

Luna was head over heels over rex, it was her first ever love. she was o b s e s s e d over him. she would talk about him in every discussion she was having with her friend and sometimes aurora felt it was annoying.

Luna finally got the courage to talk to her mother she c o n f e s s e s to her mother her secret meetings with rex who's an alpha and how she thinks she's beginning to catch feelings.

Ivory had never been happy like this. It was like a spell was broken. who would ever believe this.

Luna pleads to her mother to keep her secret away from her father. she didn't want him to know b e c s u s e she wasn't still sure if rex sees her the same way she sees him.

'Follow your heart', ivory tells her daughter and for the first time Luna felt her mother's l o v e again.

Rex never gave up still, in waiting for Luna in their s e c r e t place and when she wouldn't show up he would pass the night over there still with hope that she'll come someday.

finally Luna shows up and a p o l o g I z e d for not showing up for days now. she explains to him that she needed time alone to herself to think things through and she was really happy to see him again.

Luna felt special and k n o w i n g how rek spent days waiting on her it was a big plus that says he was interested in her.

aurora her friend had told her to try out that trick knowing how far Rek was going and if he really has interest in her that way she won't just hope but b e l i e v e that he was indeed falling for her.

Rek takes Luna to his home to introduce her to his family as someone he was p l a n n i n g on getting serious with but sadly enough his mother Nikita wasn't around but his father Alaska was indeed very pleased to meet Luna.

Luna was already feeling welcomed, especially because of the warmth w e i c o m i n g vibe shown to her. she just wasn't sure if she was ready to meet Nikita rek's mother. Rek would introduce his mother as being controlling and how he loves her so very much. Even though Rek didn't buy the idea of his mother's attitude he still loves his mother very much and he boast about her every time he got the c h an c e to.

Once, rek had u n c o n s c i o u s l y said how he had dreamed have having a mate with a Beta Wolf and how his mother agrees with him, but then he'll say. 'I never knew there was more to love when I met y o u '.
