The next day, all the Kages left the Uzumaki Village, and Kushina also agreed to depart with Mito after Mito's request to her. After the Kages returned to their respective villages, the entire ninja world was once again filled with turmoil as the Kages began implementing Kagutsuchi's orders, taking control of the Daimyo and assuming command of the country's finances. The turmoil and chaos persisted for almost a month, but eventually, everything calmed down in the five major countries, just as before.

However, smaller villages also followed the lead of these major villages and began staging coups against their respective Daimyo, leading to significant unrest in those areas. Witnessing this situation, the Uzumaki clan took action and intervened in the matter. The Uzumaki clan members clearly defined their roles: the administration would be overseen by the Daimyo, while military power would be held by the generals who were previously the village heads or generals. For important decisions that concerned the future of their country, the permission of both the Daimyo and the General would be required. If they were unable to reach a consensus, they could present their arguments to the 'Governing Committee,' which would then make the final decision.

If there is any rebellion or unrest caused by the actions of either the Daimyo or the General, both of them will be removed from their positions, and new Daimyo and General will be appointed for that country.

In the end, Kagutsuchi realized his vision of creating a system similar to the Gotei 13, which would allow him to maintain balance in the ninja world.

After all of this occurred, Kagutsuchi also relaxed, knowing that he no longer had to worry. He understood that in order to resurrect the ten-tails, all nine tailed-beasts were required. Without the revival of the ten-tails, Kaguya would remain dormant, and aside from Kaguya, no one possessed the strength to oppose him. Moreover, he had significantly altered the timeline of the Naruto world.

Time passed under these conditions, until a new period dawned. During this time, prosperity reigned as all the countries thrived. Numerous ninjas received training, even guiding some less skilled individuals in learning ninjutsu applicable to their everyday routines, enriching their lives. This idyllic existence continued throughout the entire ninja world, with its inhabitants experiencing genuine happiness.

However, there were also those foolish enough to challenge the regulations established by the 'Governing Committee,' attempting to foment civil unrest. Such individuals were swiftly quelled by the 'Governing Committee' through resounding and forceful measures.

Somewhere in the Universe, above a planet, the silhouette of two individuals was visible, both possessing the Byakugan.

"It appears that Kaguya has betrayed Isshiki, and the leader has commanded us to proceed to the planet where Isshiki and Kaguya were," stated one person.

"Hanashiki-Sama, then we should depart immediately; it will take us a long time to reach there," remarked another person.

"You are correct, Yoshishiki. However, we must wait for this god tree to mature. It will take at least two years, and then another six years to reach the planet where Kaguya resides," explained Hanashiki.

Yoshishiki nodded after hearing Hanashiki's words, as Hanashiki held a superior position.

"By the way, how are you faring with your new body? Have you mastered its strength to its peak?" inquired Hanashiki.

"I have grown accustomed to my new body, but it will take me some time to fully harness my peak strength. By the time we arrive at Kaguya's planet, I should be able to utilize my full strength," replied Yoshishiki.

Hanashiki nodded.

Yoshishiki was sacrificed to the ten-tails in order to harvest the chakra-fruit from the planet. Prior to the sacrifice, he implanted a Kama on one of the individuals. Due to this, upon returning to life, he did not regain his peak strength and will require some time to reach it.

On Earth, 8 years have passed since Kagutsuchi captured all of the tailed beasts, and the 'Governing Committee' assumed control over the world's governance. The number of ninjas in major countries has dramatically increased, which is beneficial for their strength, but it has also led to some issues. Those who have become ninjas often look down upon those who are not, creating a sense of inferiority among the non-ninja population.

Although the 'Governing Committee' noticed this problem, they themselves held a similar belief, so they didn't treat it as a grave concern. However, if left unresolved, this issue could potentially cause future complications.

Unbeknownst to them, two immensely powerful individuals appeared above Earth. Hanashiki utilized his Byakugan to observe the planet and, after a few minutes, he spoke with a mocking smile, "What a fool Kaguya is."

Yoshishiki inquired, "What did you witness with your all seeing eye, Hanashiki-Sama?"

"Kaguya, who arrived with Isshiki, betrayed him and inflicted serious injuries upon him. Following this, she created a Chakra fruit which she consumed herself. After that she gave birth to two children, ironically, she was sealed by them on the moon. Yet, I found one intriguing aspect—Kaguya's actions seem to have involved Momoshiki and Kinshiki as well," explained Hanashiki.

"This could complicate matters, Hanashiki-Sama," cautioned Yoshishiki.

"You say that as if we are weaker than Momoshiki and Kinshiki," retorted Hanashiki.

"Let's proceed to observe the ten tails of this world," suggested Hanashiki, as they entered the atmosphere and swiftly soared in a single direction.
