Cunning Lucas

Lucas felt a tight grip on his left hand as they were closely approaching the garden next to the bus stop. At the same time, he could feel Sara was slowly dragging him behind until they finally stopped. Lucas looked towards his left and right to see if there was someone that caused her to look frightened but there was nobody suspicious.

Before he could see her facial expression, Sara then marched right to the pathway through the tall hedges with his hand on tow. Lucas was slightly expectant even though he was not so much into nature – or the unprejudiced way to phrase it, Lucas did not share the same admiration as Sara would towards nature.

The moment his eyes laid on the garden, his reaction was indifferent. He was not wowed and if he had to be honest, it was rather mediocre for him. He could list top five places that have much better care of the garden than what he was seeing at the moment.
