The streets were littered with corpses and on top of a pillar stood a figure with scarlet eyes, his haunting eyes seemed devoid of any emotions.

Suddenly as if sensing something the figure vanished from atop the pillar and reappeared on an empty street.

A beautiful girl with long brown hair was looking at the figure with a complicated expression.

"Itachi, why?" She asked in a confused tone along with sadness.

"You won't understand Izumi" Itachi replied in an indifferent tone.

Itachi reached out to unsheathe the blade on his back as his Sharingan started spinning to form a windmill pattern.

Itachi had already killed his parents and slaughtered his clan members and the fate of this girl in front of him would be the same.

"Haah!" the tense atmosphere was broken by a melancholic sigh

'Huh?' Itachi just stared blankly at the culprit of the sound.

He saw a young boy with long black hair wearing a white Yukata with his hands inside his sleeves. He had a katana with a green handle hung on his waist.

His seemingly perfect appearance was broken by a pair of black-rimmed glasses on his face.

"Yuu-chan"

Both Itachi and Izumi had a slightly stunned expression on their faces, for Izumi it was because she was surprised because of Yuu's presence here.

Itachi on the other hand was stunned because he certainly remembered killing this person, but it didn't matter… as he would just have to kill him again.

"Yuu-chan!" Izumi screamed seeing this, she already lost her mother, and she didn't want to lose her brother too.

But all of it was in vain as she had to watch as Itachi's blade penetrated Yuu's chest without any hindrance.

Izumi felt herself being drowned by all kinds of negative emotions, anger, sadness, hate, despair, sorrow, guilt, and rage. She felt an itchy sensation in her eyes, somewhat similar to what happened when she saw her mother's dead body.

Maybe it was due to the stimulation but suddenly Izumi's three tomoe Sharingan started spinning and merging to form a new flower-like pattern.

Itachi was surprised as he gazed at the flower-like pattern in Izumi's eyes.

' Mangekyo Sharingan! '

Suddenly Itachi didn't know why but his instincts were screaming at him, he gazed at Uchiha Yuu whom he had stabbed through the chest, and he was a little stunned when he saw the other party smiling at him.

But before he could think of anything he felt a searing pain in his eyes as he felt his vision go dark.

Izumi was at a loss as she stared at Yuu in front of her who looked completely fine.

As for Itachi who was lying on the ground curled up in a fetal position she paid no heed, right now the thing she most wanted to do was to kill him but she first had to check if Yuu was okay.

Izumi ran over to Yuu and hugged him while crying.

"Yuu-chan are you okay?" Izumi asked him with tears in her eyes.

"I'm fine, see? nothing happened to me" Yuu said while patting her head. It seems his plan worked out since Izumi was able to unlock her Mangekyo.

"Yuu-chan, what about him?" Izumi said while glaring at Itachi with her newfound scarlet eyes filled with murderous intent.

"Oh… just let him be~" Yuu said in a calm tone while glancing at Itachi with a calm smile.

He ignored Izumi who was looking at him with a questioning gaze and walked towards Itachi. He kneeled in front of Itachi who was whimpering on the ground and patted his cheeks.

"This won't do, Mikoto-nee will be mad at me if something happens to you. Don't worry I'll fix you up~" Yuu said in a cheerful tone.

He had already taken Itachi's eyes from him before he knew what was happening. Now they were sealed away safely inside his inventory

Although Yuu wanted to let Itachi be the 'Blind Uchiha who slaughtered his clan' he still felt it wasn't worth it to make Mikoto sad. Well, he was going to get better satisfaction from what he was about to do.

He took out two jars from his storage space. They each contained an eye, both of these eyes were hand-selected by Yuu for Itachi.

One of them resembled the eyes of that kunoichi Yome from Suna while another one was the opposite of Yome's eyes. Both of them together would create the most handsome Uchiha in existence.

Yuu snickered to himself as he started the process of implanting the pair of disproportionate eyes on Itachi's face...

Itachi felt someone was healing him because he felt the burning sensation in his eyes lessen as he felt a sensation in his eyes. After a few moments, he could feel his vision slowly being restored.

Itachi finally opened his eyes and he felt a little uncomfortable due to the sudden vision but after a few moments his blurry vision cleared up and he gazed at Uchiha Yuu who was smiling kindly at him, Itachi gazed at him coldly and tried to activate his Sharingan but he felt something wrong and before he could panic he felt the abrupt laughter of a girl.

"Pfft!" Izumi was trying not to laugh as she gazed at Itachi with his new eyes, looking at his right eye which looked like that of a drug addict, and the other one which was the complete opposite of his right eye, Izumi felt a little hard to prevent herself from laughing.

Itachi was confused as he heard Izumi's laughter but he didn't have time to dwell on it as he was panicking internally, because he could no longer use his Sharingan.

Suddenly Itachi felt like he was struck by lightning, as he had a horrifying thought in his mind. This man took his Sharingan!.... , as soon as this thought appeared inside him Itachi felt despair enveloping him as he stared blankly at Uchiha Yuu who had a kind smile on his face… but Itachi felt his smile wasn't kind... instead, it was filled with mockery...

"Well It seems all good things should come to an end, don't you think so too Hokage-sama~" Yuu said in a sing-song tone as he gazed at a particular place.

Izumi was confused, Hokage? where?

From the darkness, the silhouette of Hiruzen Sarutobi the Third Hokage of Konoha came out from the shadows as he looked at Yuu with a steely gaze.

" Uchiha Yuu!"
