The Summoner Hero's Daughter in Arifureta

Sung Jinwoo and Cha Hae-in recently moved to this new world and settled into Washington DC, where Jinwoo worked for the FBI. About a month after their move, Hae-in learned she was pregnant and, not long after, discovered that it was a boy. Two years after that, she learned she would be having a girl. Jinwoo decided that the world would always need a protector and therefore decided to pass his powers to his eldest. Little did he realize that he already passed down a strengthened genetic code that gave his daughter his powers but starting at where he was after gaining Beru.

Two years after that, the child, named Andrea and adopted their new last name Thompson, was playing with some Legos when Beru came into the room. As a stickler for hierarchy, he would always address Andrea as 'Young Miss' and Su-ho, her brother, as 'Young Lord.'

"Young Miss, lunch is ready, and your mother is already waiting at the table." Everybody, Jinwoo included, was terrified of enraging Hae-in. She became a demon that would remove all your worldly possessions or place you on the couch for a month, so when she heard her mother was waiting at the table for her, she started scrambling out the door as fast as her stubby legs could carry her saying back to Beru, "Thanks Bear, I'm going." She always called him Bear, as it was easier to say, and nobody corrected her; it was cute.

After rushing down the stairs and through a hallway lined with pictures of Hae-in's and Jinwoo's adventures, she arrived at the dining room. Their home wasn't too extraordinary, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room, dining room, and a study. Her father was now a Liason between the FBI and NSA that focused on defense and security. Due to this, he had a decent paycheck that allowed them to live nicely.

The dining room wasn't too great. It had simple cream walls, a four-person table, and half walls connecting the living room and kitchen. On one wall, a recent family portrait could be seen. Andrea had, somehow, long purple hair with blonde streaks and gray eyes. Her brother, who was now four, looked much more like her father with black hair and her mother's gray-ish brown eyes. Hae-in and Jinwoo both look like they were in their mid-twenties, but both kids know their parents are now nearing their forties.

Walking into the dining room, Andrea announced herself and greeted her mother. "Afternoon, Momma. Lunch looks yummy."

*Yeah, I'm not writing attempted child-talk for long, just explaining how her personality developed how it did.*

"Come, Andrea. Hurry up and sit." Hae-in waved Andrea over with a smile on her face. She might never say it aloud, but she'll sometimes say 'cute' and similar phrases on instinct, but she loved this little girl and would do anything for her children. Normally, she was a sweet and kind mother, but when you anger her, she turns into a demon, and she wears a smile that feels like a demon's, not reaching her eyes. The smile she was currently wearing was her doting mother's smile.

Hurrying over and sitting next to her mother, Hae-in pushed her chair in before reseating herself and beginning to eat. There was a warm atmosphere as the two ate. As they finished, Su-ho came back home, and the three began talking about his day.

---Time skip to 14 years old---

"But I don't see why Su-ho can stay here, and I can't!" Yes, this screeching child is Andrea, and, simply put, she is complaining about her family moving to Japan for her father's job. He was assigned as regional chief of the Japanese FBI branch office.

Hae-in is currently playing damage control but couldn't really get mad at her daughter, as she understood why she was mad.

"Su-ho gets to stay here with all his friends, but I have to up and leave everyone and move to a whole new country!? How is that fair!?" Hae-in finally gets a moment to say something while her daughter is catching her breath.

"Sweetie, it's simple. Firstly, come sit here so that I don't have to look up at you." She pats the seat next to her, and, pouting, Andrea reluctantly sits down. "I know it's hard, but your brother is already in high school, and it would be harder to get into colleges when he only has two years left before graduating. You'll be entering middle school and starting high school there next year. It gives you enough time to acclimate and learn their language before the important stuff starts." She then holds her daughter to her continues. "You are also far smarter than your brother, only 14, yet you know Latin, English, Chinese, French, and Spanish, not to mention college-level math. You are a genius, but you never got access to your father's powers like your brother did. You know he can take care of himself. We'd worry too much about you."

After listening to her mother's explanation, she found it true that it probably wouldn't be too hard, and after cooling down, she remembered she could still call her friends via Discord or a simple phone call. It was also true that she would be able to get used to the new environment somewhat quickly. Bringing up her lack of shadow abilities peeved her a little, but she found it simply annoying in the end. Finally, giving a very audible sigh, Andrea relented and agreed. "Fine, when are we leaving?"

"We leave in a month. Enough time for you to say your goodbyes and pack. Your father will be going over next week to prepare the Condo and enroll you in school." Nodding in understanding, Andrea started to get a little sleepy. It was already ten at night, and she had an emotional rollercoaster lasting longer than a few hours. She was also getting some head patting from her mother, who became a god at it over the last 14 years under Andrea's endless requests.

A month later, Andrea and Hae-in were boarding her flight to Japan where she would be spending the next few years or until her father gets reassigned.
