Phelan rose from his seat and touched a section of the wall behind him. The part of the wall he touched lit up with a magical array as a magical projection was shown to those in the room. The projection showed a video of a human body that had been dissected cleanly into various parts on a bloodied surgical table, almost as if an autopsy had been conducted. 

However, the only difference was that the victim in question was alive when the procedure was been conducted.

From the body's complexion, it looked like the procedure was conducted not too long ago. Also from the corpse's pained expression, it was evident that he suffered agonizing pain until his death.
